Notice of the Singapore Physiotherapy Association 60^th Annual General Meeting

The Association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 28^th May 2024 at 6:30pm at    Singhealth Tower Level 2, Function Room 1, 10 Hospital Boulevard, Singapore 168582.

Buffet dinner will be provided.  Registration is required for all attendees.

Agenda:

1. Confirmation of Minutes of the 59^th Annual General Meeting
2. President’s Address
3. Confirmation of Treasurer’s Report
4. Election of 2024 -2026 Council Members
5. Appointment of Honorary Advisor, Honorary Medical Advisor, Legal Advisors and Honorary Auditors
6. Any other business arising.

Please note:

1. Nomination for 2024-2026 Council is now opened until 8th May 2024.  Members can download the form and submit your nomination to secretary@physiotherapy.org.sg.

2. Registration is required to attend the AGM.  Please register by 24^th May 2024 latest.

3. Members who are unable to attend, do complete a Proxy form and appoint a voting member who is attending the meeting, and in his/absence, the Chairperson of the meeting, to attend, speak and vote on your behalf at the AGM.  The Proxy form will be made available to you from 9^th May 2024 onwards.
   

4. If members have any matter to raise at the AGM, please submit the request on the online registration or mail to: secretary@physiotherapy.org.sg by 14^th May 2024 latest.

5. An electronic copy of the Association’s Annual Report will be sent out to all members on 14th May 2024.
